Role Description
The founding growth and marketing lead role is at the intersection of brand, growth, and partnerships. You'll work directly with the founders and own how Joey gets into people’s hands — running experiments, launching in high-signal environments and shaping how Joey is positioned as we scale.
This is not a “run ads” role — it’s about figuring out what works from first principles and executing quickly. We’re building something people talk about at dinner and share with their group chats.

What We're Looking For
- You’ve built and run growth or brand at a consumer company (ideally early-stage)
- You have strong taste; you can tell the difference between marketing that resonates and marketing that's just loud
- Show us the last few campaigns, launches, or experiments you've run — what you tried, what worked, what didn't
- You think in terms of communities and rooms, not impressions
- You move fast, figure things out without waiting for direction, and own outcomes end-to-end
- You go deep on consumer behavior; you notice trends early
- LA-based. In person. No remote.

- You've built or grown something from zero — a brand, a community, a product, a following
