Role Overview:
As a Legal Specialist, you will work with one of our clients, a global leader in the Law industry, to provide expert legal support and guidance in a dynamic, application-driven environment. This contractor role will require you to collaborate closely with domain experts and product teams to review, negotiate, and analyze contracts, ensuring legal compliance and risk management. You will be responsible for providing actionable insights and recommendations to support litigation and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough contract review, drafting, and negotiation to optimize business outcomes while managing risk.
• Analyze cases and perform in-depth legal research to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support litigation and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and assisting internal and external counsel.
• Assess regulatory compliance and assist with due diligence to ensure smooth business operations.
• Collaborate with domain experts and product teams to develop robust legal solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:• Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Familiarity with case law and litigation procedures.
