Role Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic Director, ISC Analytics to lead advanced analytics initiatives across the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) function for one of our clients in the aerospace sector. In this role, you will drive operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and deliver business-transforming insights by guiding a team of analytics professionals.
You will oversee the development and implementation of analytics models, digital tools, and AI-driven solutions that enhance performance across Operations, Quality, Procurement, Planning, and other ISC functions. This role requires deep expertise in data strategy, analytics leadership, visualization, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data and analytics strategy for the Integrated Supply Chain.
- Lead data collection, governance, and quality frameworks to ensure accurate and reliable insights.
- Apply statistical and data analysis techniques to extract insights from supply chain datasets.
- Drive analytics solutions supporting Operations, Quality, Procurement, and Planning.
- Design and develop impactful analytics dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Utilize advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, to enhance decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Logistics, Production, Finance, and Procurement.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
- Coach and lead a high-performing analytics team.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 8 years in progressive data analytics roles.
- Minimum 2 years working with analytics tools and programming languages (Python, R, SQL, etc.).
- Minimum 2 years experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Experience with data governance, data quality, and supply chain analytics.
- Strong leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Preferred (We Value)
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities.
- Proven success in driving data-driven decisions and measurable business outcomes.
- Experience in aerospace or industrial supply chain analytics.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics (ML, predictive modeling, optimization).
