Indicative range: $90,000 – $145,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits. Role Overview We are hiring an HR Business Partner to advise leaders on people strategy across an assigned business area. The role combines coaching, organisational design, and the day-to-day judgment calls that shape how teams work. Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders on org design, headcount planning, and team health
Coach managers on performance, development, and difficult conversations
Lead employee relations cases with empathy and rigor
Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation cycles
Champion DEI and culture initiatives within the business unit
Use people data to inform decisions and surface trends
Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years in HR business partnering, ideally in tech or scaling companies
Strong knowledge of employment law and people practices
Experience advising senior leaders and navigating org change
Comfort with HR analytics and talent insights
Excellent judgment, discretion, and stakeholder management
Bias for action and structured coaching
