The role combines creativity with discipline to find what moves metrics and double down fast. Key Responsibilities
Identify, prioritise, and run growth experiments across the funnel
Own activation and retention metrics for assigned product areas
Build and optimise onboarding flows, lifecycle campaigns, and nudges
Partner with product, engineering, and design on growth initiatives
Track and report on experiment outcomes and growth KPIs
Build the experimentation playbook and culture
Required Skills and Qualifications
4+ years in growth marketing, lifecycle, or product growth roles
Track record of shipping experiments that moved meaningful metrics
Strong analytical skills and comfort with SQL and product analytics tools
Hands-on with experimentation platforms (Optimizely, VWO, GrowthBook)
Working knowledge of email, push, in-app, and paid channels
Bias for action and structured experimentation
