Greet and register guests with a warm, professional attitude
Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently
Resolve guest questions or concerns during their stay
Promote hotel amenities, services, and upgrades
Handle payments, room charges, and basic accounting
Answer phones and emails and assist with guest requests
Stay calm and solution-focused during busy or high-pressure situations
