We are looking for a results-driven CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE to be responsible for all customer service duties including quotes and closing the sale. 11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm shifts are available. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet client’s expectations. (Call Center experience is preferred.) Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on service features
Remain knowledgeable on vehicles and discuss available options for weddings, corporate events, airport transfers, and parties
Build productive and lasting relationships with customers
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office
You are coachable, flexible and self-motivated
You can hit the ground running
Excellent communicator with professional phone skills
Think dynamically and problem solver
Must pass a background check
Job Duties
Answer incoming customer inquiries via telephone and email
Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
Record customer information within our customer service database
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
Other duties as requested
