Compensation: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience, after 40 hours, time is 1.5

A Day in the Life of the Field Service Technician In this role, you’ll be traveling to customer sites to install, maintain, and repair industrial radiator systems that are critical to manufacturing operations. Your work directly supports uptime, efficiency, and customer satisfaction by minimizing downtime and resolving technical issues quickly. Each day brings a new environment and challenge, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and impact. Responsibilities include:
Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial radiator systems
Diagnose and repair electrical issues in both low and high voltage systems while following safety protocols
Operate industrial equipment such as cranes, lifting equipment, and A-frame rigging
Read and interpret schematics to build and service radiators in the field
Collaborate with team members and customers to deliver high-quality service and maintain strong client relationships
55-60-hour work weeks
This is a traveling position with travel all over the country. An average of 50 nights per year in a hotel room, some years are more and some are less
Requirements and Qualifications:
Willingness and ability to travel for this role and prior work travel experience
Proven experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environments with strong mechanical aptitude
Hands-on experience with industrial power equipment
Ability to use diagnostic tools such as voltmeters
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for complex mechanical systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate service vehicles
