Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Graduate position at the Iranian American Women Foundation. The selected graduate will assist in key initiatives such as scholarship programs, mentorship opportunities, and event planning. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day tasks related to research, content creation, administrative duties, and developing collaborative projects to amplify the organization's mission. The role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to empowering Iranian-American women globally while developing professional skills in a supportive environment. Qualifications
Strong research, organizational, and administrative skills
Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to create content and manage correspondence effectively
Experience or knowledge in planning events and managing collaborative initiatives
Familiarity with digital tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and online platforms for remote collaboration
Ability to work independently in a flexible and remote working environment
Passion for empowering women and supporting community-focused initiatives
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred
Experience with non-profit organizations and/or cross-cultural engagement is a plus
