We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join one of our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, forecasting budgets, and providing insights to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data, trends, and performance to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
- Monitor company financial performance, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Develop financial models for business planning and investment analysis.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly financial reporting.
- Conduct market research and competitor financial analysis.
- Collaborate with accounting and management teams to improve financial processes.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with company policies.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s OR Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial reporting tools, and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of GAAP, financial statements, and variance analysis preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA, CFA, ACCA, or MBA (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or financial planning tools is a plus.
