Posoition: Customer Service Representative
Schedule: 7:00 AM EST – 8:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Process service requests, orders, invoices, and payments
• Maintain accurate customer documentation and records
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
• Support daily customer service operations and service metrics
Qualifications:
• High school diploma/GED with customer service experience OR Associate degree
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Basic computer and data entry experience
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
