Duration: 12 Months with possible extension or conversion

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst III to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead business analysis initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization, and drive process improvements through effective requirements gathering and solution recommendations. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently while supporting business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional solutions
• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements
• Document business, process, data, and system requirements
• Act as a liaison between business users and cross functional technical teams
• Support solution evaluation and recommend strategies that maximize business value
• Facilitate change management initiatives and support organizational improvements
• Partner with regional and global teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions
• Manage requirement lifecycle activities from analysis through implementation
• Handle complex business issues independently and provide resolutions
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Experience with requirements gathering and business process analysis
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with process improvement and change management initiatives
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or SDLC methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working in enterprise environments
• Strong documentation skills including BRD, FRD, and user stories
• Ability to work effectively with cross functional and global teams
