About the Company At Lincoln, we are accepting candidates who are earlier in their career versus tenured HR reps. About the Role The HR Coordinator works in partnership with the local HRBP and management team on supporting the HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding. Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day employee relations and HR related questions, leveraging our internal HR Shared Service model
Facilitate HR system processes and data accuracy through local support and counsel
Lead and Support employee engagement activities
Create clear, concise & professional communication material for the HR Department, including flyers, text messages, & emails.
Support recruiting and onboarding activities
Lead and own administrative processes within the HR department.
Can demonstrate sound judgement in social settings
Previous work in a fast paced environment is a plus
Pay range and compensation package Pay Rate: $20-$28/hr Schedule/ Location: M-F 8-5 with willingness to modify schedule once or twice a month to support off shifts 100% onsite Duration: 6 months with strong extension possibility to 1 year plus Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
