Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive to support business development and strengthen client relationships through strategic preparation, communication, and administrative coordination. This role focuses on enabling the sales team and leadership by refining proposals, managing stakeholder interactions, and ensuring a seamless client experience from initial contact through agreement execution. The Account Executive will collaborate closely with the Integra Life Sciences (PrecisionQ) EVP Sales and Partnerships, Sales and Delivery teams to support key growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Account Intelligence & Market Insights: Conduct research on target accounts, industry trends, and competitors to inform strategy. Prepare executive briefings and summaries for client meetings.
  • Proposal & Pitch Development: Collaborate on presentations, proposals, and tailored collateral. Ensure messaging aligns with client needs and industry context.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Manage communications, onboarding, and contract coordination to ensure smooth transitions. Serve as a consistent point of contact to ensure sufficient value is being generated through the partnership.
  • Delivery Enablement & Growth Support: Monitor delivery milestones and client feedback to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Partner with delivery teams to align on scope and outcomes.
  • Internal Collaboration & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise across sales, marketing, delivery, and leadership to ensure unified messaging and timely execution. Drive accountability to meet client deadlines.
  • CRM & Operational Excellence: Maintain pipeline records and contract documentation. Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Event & Marketing Enablement: Translate market insights into actionable sales strategies that drive lead engagement at events. Collaborate with sales to develop targeted messaging, outreach tactics, and follow-up plans aligned with event goals.
  • Support with additional requests as needed for sales support.

Out of Scope Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: You will not manage delivery timelines, resources, or scope of client projects (dedicated PMs handle this).
  • Commission-Based Sales: This is a fixed salary role — you will not be carrying a quota or paid on commission.
  • Technical Delivery: No responsibility for designing, building, or delivering client solutions.
  • People Management: This role does not include direct management of team members or contractors.
  • Financial / Contract Negotiation: While you will help draft proposals and track agreements, final pricing decisions and contract negotiations are handled by leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience; healthcare industry required.
  • Experience selling to pharma/corporations required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com required.
  • Strong analytical, organization and prioritization skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines while maintaining a positive stakeholder experience.
  • Proven ability to leverage technology to drive efficiency and engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively towards individual and team goals.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Travel requirement: minimum 25%, up to 50%.
