As Business Development Director, you are actively creating new business with companies and managing existing client relationships. You enjoy consultative sales and have a genuine desire to help companies and their people succeed. You use your business acumen and proven sales solutions to address a wide range of performance and business issues.

**Typical Activities**

-  Prospecting for new clients and reactivating dormant accounts

-  Facilitating conversations with business leaders and decision makers

-  Consulting with our coaching team to tailor solutions to organizational outcomes

-  Liaising with our project team to ensure the solutions are meeting the client needs

-  Adding value with current clients to maintain relationships

**Requirements**

-  3+ years of B2B sales, management or business experience, preferably in a professional services

-  Fuent in business level English

-  Social Media Selling Experience

-  Bondable

-  Flexibility to work during the day, some evenings and occasional weekends

-  Minimum high school diploma

**Experience In Leading Others**

Versed in a consultative sales approach

Comfort in selling to mid to upper level executives

Ability to develop accounts strategically

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

CRM Systems

Non-Salaried, but rewarding Commission Structure

First year earnings typically range from $35,000- $50,000

Second year earnings potential from $50,000- $100,000
