Departmental Overview The Department of Intercollegiate Athletics consists of more than 275 staff members and coaches and sponsors 30 varsity sports programs. These 30 programs include more than 850 student-athletes who participate in the various sports programs annually within the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA). Position Summary Involves developing, promoting and supporting the operational and strategic aspects of intercollegiate student athlete programs, including planning, scheduling, budget administration, and travel. Assist with specific tasks and relationships delegated by the Assistant Athletic Director External & Revenue Strategy.
Embrace and develop the relationships with other departments and act as the liaison for the Ticket Office.
Carry out daily tasks, effectively communicate and plan strategically to ensure all necessary actions are taken to ensure excellent customer service.
Act as a primary administrator for Paciolan (Pac7/PAC io), including building events, managing manifests, season renewals, and eVenue web programming.
Manage gameday staff and serve as the primary liaison for volleyball, rugby, football visiting teams, and ensure all ticketing requirements and scanning needs are met.
Ensure all ticketing procedures align with the NCAA and the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) guidelines and state laws.
Other responsibilities as assigned, including professional development.
Required Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of program activity and best practices.
Problem-solving skills; multi-task, work with frequent interruptions, and effective listener.
Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
Proficiency in the use of basic computer applications relevant to job duties.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Ability to work nights and weekends.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel and Word.
Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.

This is a full-time (40 hours/week), career appointment that is eligible for UC benefits.
