We are seeking an experienced SQL Server Developer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role requires a strong background in database development, performance tuning, and data modeling, along with experience working in Agile environments.
๐ Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases
- Create and optimize database objects including tables, views, stored procedures, and user-defined functions
- Perform performance tuning and query optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment
- Support reporting and analytics using Tableau
- Work with ETL processes to ensure efficient data integration and transformation
โ Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server (mandatory โ no substitution with Oracle or other databases)
- 7+ years of experience in data modeling and database design
- 7+ years of experience developing DB objects (tables, views, stored procedures, UDFs)
- 7+ years of experience in SQL query performance tuning
- 3+ years of experience working in Agile environments
- Hands-on experience with Tableau reporting
- Strong experience with ETL processes
