This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Controller based in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing financial reporting, preparing and analyzing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The individual will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, and implementing financial strategies to support the company’s growth.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Controller based in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing financial reporting, preparing and analyzing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The individual will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, and implementing financial strategies to support the company’s growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting practices
- Experience in preparing PCAOB-ready financials is a plus
- Strong U.S. GAAP and financial reporting background
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in interpreting complex financial data
- Solid foundation in Finance and related principles
- Attention to detail and ability to meet strict financial deadlines
- Proficiency in financial software and enterprise resource planning systems is a plus
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage accounting teams and processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred
- Experience in the tech or data infrastructure industry is advantageous
