Role Description
This is a full-time Mixer Driver role with a hybrid working arrangement, based in Gonzales, TX, with some flexibility for work from home. The Mixer Driver will be responsible for driving and operating concrete mixer trucks to deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites. Key responsibilities include following DOT regulations, safely loading and unloading materials, and ensuring proper maintenance and operation of the truck. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and effective communication with dispatch and clients to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license and proven truck driving experience
- Experience with unloading materials and operating mixer trucks
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations
- Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and ensure truck maintenance
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe driving practices
- Good communication and time management skills
- Must be physically capable of performing duties such as lifting and climbing
- Prior experience in the construction or ready-mix industry is a plus
