Senior Sales Director – Corporate Dining (NorCal / SoCal) Location: Northern or Southern California (Remote + Travel) The Senior Sales Director is a strategic sales leader responsible for driving new business growth in the corporate dining sector across California. This role owns the full sales lifecycle - from pipeline development and executive engagement to solution design and closing. You will act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, helping them elevate workplace dining and hospitality experiences through innovative, high-impact solutions. This role requires strong executive presence, a consultative approach, and a proven ability to close complex deals. Key Responsibilities
Drive Growth: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy targeting corporate dining and workplace hospitality opportunities
Build Pipeline: Identify, engage, and convert new business through proactive outreach, networking, and industry presence
Lead Executive Sales: Conduct discovery and solution conversations with C-suite and senior stakeholders
Develop Solutions: Partner with culinary and operations teams to create tailored proposals and pricing strategies
Close Deals: Own the full sales cycle through contract negotiation and execution
Market Expertise: Stay ahead of workplace dining trends, client expectations, and competitive landscape
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Align with operations, marketing, and leadership to support successful client onboarding
Manage Performance: Track pipeline, forecasts, and activity in CRM to meet or exceed revenue targets
Qualifications
10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate dining, food service, or hospitality
Proven success closing complex, high-value deals
Experience selling to executive stakeholders in corporate environments
Strong financial, presentation, and negotiation skills
Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred
Contract dining or workplace experience background
Strong network in the California market
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
