Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to warm leads
- Answer inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide guidance on health insurance plans, coverage details, and claims processes
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into customers
- Build trust with customers by providing clear, accurate, and helpful information
- Track interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Meet or exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction
