- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and drive strategic decisions
- Experience in Team Management, including mentoring and fostering team development
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to ensure fiscal responsibility
- Commitment to exceptional Customer Service and maintaining strong client relationships
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills to align teams with organizational goals
- Professional experience in Retail, Financial, or Hospitality industries is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
