Position Purpose Provide direct patient care and support to enhance therapy outcomes by evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, and documenting services accurately. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans.
Communicate progress to team members and families.
Supervise clinical staff and document services per regulations.

Maintain current knowledge through ongoing education.

Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and California license or eligibility.
2-3 years of rehab experience preferred.
Strong communication, supervision, and safety skills.
Ability to spend 60-80% of time providing direct patient care.
