About the role

Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our team as a strategic talent partner supporting corporate and professional hiring across the United States.
In this role, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle , partnering with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent. You’ll play a key role in shaping hiring strategies, building strong pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience—all within a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring timelines.
  • Ensure a consistent, compliant, and high-quality hiring process across all requisitions.

Sourcing & Talent Strategy
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS, Workday), and other sourcing technologies.

Stakeholder Partnership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on hiring strategy, market trends, and talent availability.
  • Provide guidance on interview best practices, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
  • Deliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand and value proposition in all candidate interactions.
  • Ensure timely communication and transparency with candidates and stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in corporate or professional hiring.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling mid- to senior-level roles.
  • Strong experience with ATS systems (e.g., iCIMS, Workday) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
