Overview We’re looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our team as a strategic talent partner supporting corporate and professional hiring across the United States. In this role, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle , partnering with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent. You’ll play a key role in shaping hiring strategies, building strong pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience—all within a fast-paced, fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring timelines.
Ensure a consistent, compliant, and high-quality hiring process across all requisitions.
Sourcing & Talent Strategy
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including passive candidates.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS, Workday), and other sourcing technologies.
Stakeholder Partnership
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on hiring strategy, market trends, and talent availability.
Provide guidance on interview best practices, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
Deliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Promote the company’s employer brand and value proposition in all candidate interactions.
Ensure timely communication and transparency with candidates and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in corporate or professional hiring.
Proven track record of successfully filling mid- to senior-level roles.
Strong experience with ATS systems (e.g., iCIMS, Workday) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
