Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Human Resources professional will oversee and manage HR policies, recruitment, employee benefits, and personnel management. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting overall organizational development efforts.

Qualifications
- Proven knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
- Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal labor and employment laws
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role within the retail, grocery, or hospitality sector is an advantage
