Qualifications
- Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement , preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of local suppliers and market conditions in Aruba is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
