Knowledge of securing critical Windows infrastructure
Managing service delivery in a rapidly changing technical environment
Coordinate service delivery between local, business unit, and centralized technical resources
Prioritize and deliver competing projects with scarce resources, particularly where BU and GBS initiatives are competing for resources with locally initiated projects
Establish defined value for all new proposed projects or major changes to existing applications

Major Activities Day-to-Day Operations of Assigned Systems and Shared Systems
Support and management of global Windows 2019/2022 forests and domains, including DNS, Active Directory (AD), Organizational Units (OU), Group Policy Objects (GPO), and account management
Work with global locations on deployment of global manufacturing domains and ensure proper domain operations
Understand existing Windows 2019/2022 domain environments to support system and device migrations from existing domains to new domains
Perform cross-domain migrations
Utilize patch management, SIEM, and system monitoring tools such as WSUS, CrowdStrike, and SolarWinds
Participate in deployment, maintenance, and management of backup and recovery procedures and processes for Windows devices
Ensure maximum system uptime in alignment with negotiated internal operations agreements
Implement New Systems and/or System Upgrades
Participate in drafting implementation plans
Execute implementation plans
Generate records to satisfy project management and change control requirements
Compliance and Audit Activities
Participate in Self-Assessment Template (ASAT) IT compliance testing
Draft procedures and work instructions in support of compliance goals
Work with team members to rationalize and reduce locally performed compliance activities in favor of centralized compliance activities
Travel Requirements
Travel as required to support global domain deployments, migrations, and support (limited)
Compensation: $62,000 - $116,000 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (IS), or Computer Science (CS), or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology or Information Systems
Working knowledge of Windows server technologies and server applications
Basic understanding of UNIX server technologies
Familiarity with VMware virtualization technologies
Basic knowledge of WAN/LAN technologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to assist with capacity and resource planning
Basic project management skills
Ability to support and collaborate with local support and GIS organizations providing systems and services
