We have 3 full time team administrators to support agents and ensure we are in compliance.

We are seeking a full-time Residential Real Estate Agent to join our team in Hilliard, OH. We are looking for agents who have been licensed for some time now and have lots of transactions under their belt. As a boutique office, looking for someone special, we expect positity, accountability, and hardwork. We provide leads, with 5-10 provided to the team daily.

Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License is required
- Proficiency in Residential Real Estate and Real Estate processes
- Experience in Home Sales, with a performance-oriented mindset
- Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and housing trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Time management skills and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Experience using real estate CRM or related software is a plus
