Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Greensboro, NC, for an Elementary School Teacher. The teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing lesson plans, delivering instructional activities, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Daily tasks include curriculum development, classroom management, individual and group instruction, and evaluating student progress. Collaborating with parents, colleagues, and school staff to support student learning outcomes is also an essential part of this role.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and familiarity with creating academic materials tailored to elementary education
- Strong skills in Teaching and Elementary Education, with a focus on engaging and effective instructional methods
- Exceptional Communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues
- Formal training or experience in Education, including a degree in Education or a related field
- Ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
- Current teaching certification preferred
- Previous experience in classroom teaching is preferred but not required
