**About The Role**

Homebound is seeking an entry-level Graphic Designer to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a highly creative and detail-oriented designer looking to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing initiatives, including community launches, digital campaigns, sales collateral, events, branding, and social media.

As part of a lean and fast-paced marketing team, this individual will play an important role in helping bring the Homebound brand to life across both digital and print channels.

**This is a hybrid role in one of our current markets: Dallas or Houston TX, Tampa or St. Petersburg FL or Los Angeles, CA.**

**What You’ll Do**

- Design marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, signage, presentations, email graphics, social media assets, and advertisements

- Assist with creative support for community launches and events

- Create and maintain branded Canva templates for internal teams

- Support website graphic updates and digital marketing creative needs

- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director on campaign execution and branding initiatives

- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials

- Organize and maintain creative asset libraries

- Assist with photo selection, basic image editing, basic video creation and editing, and layout design

- Support sales and field teams with marketing deliverables as needed

**What You’ll Bring**

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

- Internship or freelance design experience is a plus

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

- Experience with Canva required

- Basic understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual storytelling

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

- Experience with Figma is a plus

- Proficiency with Google Workspace applications including Docs, Sheets & Slides

- Experience with Google Suite

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally

**About The Role**

The Marketing Associate will support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple markets and communities. This is a highly hands-on role focused on assisting with campaigns, coordinating deliverables, supporting events, updating marketing materials, and helping with day-to-day marketing operations across digital, print, signage, and sales support efforts. You will work closely with sales, construction, A&D, and external partners to bring campaigns and community launches to life, generate qualified demand, and support day-to-day marketing operations.

**What You’ll Do**

- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, events, and social media

- Help coordinate timelines, deliverables, and marketing requests across multiple business lines

- Support community launches, inventory marketing initiatives, and event preparation

- Assist with website updates, landing page edits, and marketing content uploads

- Coordinate sales collateral requests and marketing deliverables for internal teams

- Work with the Graphic Designer to help organize and route creative requests

- Assist with email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing initiatives

- Help maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and communications

- Support event logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional efforts

- Assist with reporting, marketing organization, and administrative support as needed

- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, construction, and operations teams

**What You’ll Bring**

- Experience:

- 4+ years of marketing experience with 2+ years of experience in the homebuilding or related real estate industry required

- Experience in launching local communities required

- Experience with top homebuilders and exposure to central strategy teams is preferred

**Organization & Execution**

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable supporting marketing projects across digital, print, events, and sales initiatives while maintaining strong follow-through and communication.

**About The Role**

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in executing high-impact marketing initiatives across multiple markets, driving projects from kickoff through completion. This role is highly hands-on, actively managing campaigns, producing deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving execution across digital, print, events, and signage. You will work closely with sales, construction, A&D, and external partners to bring campaigns and community launches to life, generate qualified demand, and support day-to-day marketing operations.

**What You’ll Do**

- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and partnerships

- Manage timelines, deliverables, and performance across multiple active communities

- Support new community launches, inventory pushes, and event marketing initiatives

- Partner with agencies to manage paid media across search, social, and programmatic channels

- Oversee website updates, landing pages, and SEO best practices

- Ensure all marketing materials align with Homebound’s brand voice and positioning

- Develop compelling copy and messaging across email, web, social, and sales collateral

- Collaborate with the in-house graphic designer to produce high-quality creative assets

- Work closely with sales teams to align on buyer insights, messaging, and lead follow-up

- Partner with construction, A&D, and operations teams to ensure accuracy in marketing materials

- Support PR and community engagement efforts, especially in disaster rebuild markets

- 5+ years of experience in the homebuilding or related real estate industry required
