What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries
- Follow established communication scripts while addressing various topics
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives
- Access company and client resources to accurately handle calls
- Upsell products when opportunities arise, while maintaining professionalism during all interactions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3-6 months of customer service or customer support experience
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn quickly
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening capabilities
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Background check required in accordance with state and federal laws
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience in a call center or office environment
- Familiarity with handling high-volume call situations
- Ability to adapt to changing tasks efficiently
- Experience with upselling products or services
