What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage large volumes of inbound calls efficiently and professionally
- Follow communication scripts to ensure consistent messaging across different topics
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives
- Access company and client resources to accurately handle calls
- Upsell products when opportunities arise and maintain composure while switching tasks
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum 3-6 months of customer service or customer support experience
- Basic computer skills and ability to work independently
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Background check compliant with state and federal laws required
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience in a call center or office environment
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
- Experience with upselling or sales in a customer service context
