What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently and professionally
Follow communication scripts to address various customer inquiries
Identify and clarify customer needs, provide solutions, and upsell products as necessary
Access and utilize company resources to accurately handle customer calls
Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all customer interactions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3-6 months of customer service or support experience
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn quickly
Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening abilities
Must be at least 18 years of age
Successful completion of a background check as per state and federal laws
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a call center or office environment
Familiarity with handling customer inquiries regarding financial products
Proficiency in using dual monitors and other required hardware/software setups
