About the role

Speech-Language Pathologist
Lawrenceville | Peachtree Corners | Loganville, GA Up to $110,000 | Build Your Own Schedule | CF Mentorship Included
We're Hire Hangar — a recruitment team that connects talented clinicians with practices worth working for. This is one of our favorites.
We're representing Kidspeech, Inc. , a pediatric speech-language practice with 28 years of roots in the Georgia community. They asked us to find someone who loves working with kids and wants a role that actually respects how they work. If that sounds like you, keep reading.
The lifestyle you've been hoping for
Kidspeech doesn't believe in rigid hours. You set your own schedule, manage your own calendar, and work in a way that fits your life. This isn't buried in the fine print — it's genuinely how the practice operates. The trust is real.
And if you're in your CF year, you won't be left to figure things out alone. Kidspeech actively mentors their Clinical Fellows — pairing you with experienced CCCs who show up for you consistently, not just when it's convenient.
What Kidspeech is offering
  • Salary up to $110,000 (based on experience, credentials, and hours; preference for 30+ hrs/week)
  • Full schedule autonomy — no mandatory hours or rigid time blocks
  • Hands-on CF mentorship from CCCs who are genuinely invested in your development
  • A strong, steady referral base built over nearly three decades — your caseload is waiting
  • Tuition assistance
  • A warm, collaborative team that values the people behind the credentials

The role
You'll work with toddlers through school-age children across one or more of their Georgia locations — treating speech sound disorders, language delays, fluency, voice, and pragmatics. You'll conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coach families so progress extends beyond the therapy room. Documentation is digital , training is provided, and collaboration with OT, PT, educators, and physicians is part of everyday practice.
What you'll need
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Georgia SLP license or CF eligibility
  • CF or CCC — both are welcome and encouraged to apply
  • A genuine love for pediatric work and connecting with families
  • Authorization to work in the United States

How to apply
We'd love to hear from you. Send your resume directly to our team and we'll take it from there.
