About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant who can support more than just day-to-day tasks—you’ll help keep campaigns organized, improve execution, and contribute to measurable marketing outcomes.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team to manage content, support campaign rollouts, and track performance across digital channels. This is a hands-on role suited for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a structured remote environment.
What You’ll Do
Content & Digital Channels
  • Assist with creating and updating content across social media and digital platforms
  • Write captions, format posts, and support content publishing
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure timely scheduling
  • Organize and manage digital marketing assets

Campaign Support
  • Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Support campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
  • Conduct basic research on trends, audiences, and competitors
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery

Data & Reporting
  • Track campaign performance using tools like Google Sheets or Excel
  • Prepare simple reports on engagement and performance metrics
  • Help maintain accurate records of marketing activities

Email & Marketing Operations
  • Assist in creating and formatting email campaigns
  • Support audience engagement initiatives
  • Help organize workflows and campaign documentation

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus in Marketing
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, administration, or related roles
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, email, content)
  • Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have
  • Exposure to marketing tools or content scheduling platforms
  • Basic knowledge of analytics or reporting tools
  • Experience supporting digital campaigns or content workflows
