About the role

We're partnering with a boutique search firm that is scaling aggressively throughout 2026, with plans to grow headcount by 35% this year alone.
Founded by a top-performing Director from a globally recognised search business, the firm has built a reputation as a trusted talent partner to some of the most exciting VC-backed technology companies in the market.
Their focus spans AI, C++ Engineering and Software Engineering, working exclusively with venture-backed businesses ranging from high-growth startups to category-defining scale-ups.

Unlike larger recruitment firms where consultants can often feel like a number, you'll join a highly profitable, low-ego environment where performance is rewarded properly. You'll work directly alongside the founder and multiple consultants billing $700k+ annually, gaining daily exposure to the strategies, client relationships and execution standards that drive elite performance.

What We're Looking For:
To be considered, you must have a proven track record recruiting within either:
  • C++ Engineering
  • Software Engineering
  • AI / Machine Learning Engineering

We're looking for recruiters who already understand technical hiring environments, can credibly engage with engineering leaders and candidates, and have demonstrated success building relationships within these markets.
The ideal person is commercially driven, naturally curious, highly accountable and motivated by both financial success and professional growth. Most importantly, you'll be excited by the opportunity to learn from elite performers while building something meaningful within a business that is entering its next phase of growth.
