Required: Healthcare Culinary Experience Lead and elevate healthcare dining across multiple locations. Drive innovative menus, ensure top-tier food quality, and optimize operations for efficiency and cost control. Inspire and develop culinary teams while delivering safe, high-quality, and impactful dining programs that exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, standardization, and implementation of menus, recipes, and culinary programs across assigned accounts
Provide hands-on leadership for new account openings , including kitchen setup, staff training, and operational readiness
Partner with Operations and Regional Leadership to ensure seamless transitions and ongoing performance improvement
Support and stabilize accounts as needed, addressing leadership gaps and executing corrective action plans
Drive menu innovation while balancing nutrition guidelines, client needs, and cost controls
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency across all locations
Analyze food cost, labor, and operational metrics to improve profitability and efficiency
Oversee procurement practices, vendor partnerships, and product specifications
Conduct site visits, audits, and performance reviews to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
Train, mentor, and develop Executive Chefs and culinary teams
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation (HACCP), and OSHA regulations
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term culinary strategy
Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and professional growth
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in multi-site culinary or food service operations , preferably in healthcare or senior living
Strong background in menu development, food cost management, and operational efficiency
Experience supporting new business openings and transitions
Deep knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and regulatory compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel and deploy to various locations as needed
