We provide full-service A/E design and support services across the entire lifecycle of our clients' facilities and assist our clients to reach their capital improvement goals. Position Overview The Construction Manager (CM) provides onsite construction oversight, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and project schedules during the execution phase. Key Responsibilities
Manage construction phase oversight and field operations
Review and track:
Submittals
RFIs
Project schedules
Conduct site inspections and document:
Deficiencies
Safety issues
Progress updates
Verify as-built drawings and updates
Support commissioning and testing activities
Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders
Maintain daily logs, inspection reports, and safety documentation
Assist in resolving construction issues and claims
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction-related field
5–10+ years of construction management experience
Strong field inspection and QA/QC experience
Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards
Experience with federal or healthcare construction preferred
Work Conditions
Full-time onsite
OSHA 30 required within 60 days
Must obtain VA clearance and training
