Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in martha’s Vineyard for a Co-Pilot. The Co-Pilot will assist the Pilot in Command with pre-flight planning, aircraft operation, monitoring flight systems, and ensuring safety protocols are adhered to throughout flights. Responsibilities also include supporting navigation, communication, and emergency procedures, as well as collaborating with the flight crew and adhering to all aviation regulations and organizational standards.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Aviation and Flight Operations skills, including flight planning, navigation, and aircraft system monitoring
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to collaborate effectively with flight crew and ground operations teams
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Possession of a valid FAA Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with appropriate ratings
- Experience with rotorcraft operations is preferred
- Medical certification that meets FAA Part 135 requirements
- A commitment to continuing education and training in aviation
