The Role
• Generate, review, and edit user-focused documentation collaboratively with engineering and operations teams.
• Evaluate and prioritize tasks to effectively support product documentation efforts and meet project timelines.
• Communicate and manage stakeholder expectations, identifying and sharing risks with leadership promptly.
• Contribute to building a culture of exemplary technical documentation and champion a living documentation process.
• Partner with product and operations teams to develop accurate, up-to-date, and easily understandable documentation for complex products.
• Ensure user documentation critically enables front-line operators to effectively leverage advanced systems.
What You'll Need
• 4+ years of demonstrated experience in generating technical documentation.
• Proven experience writing user-facing technical documentation.
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering documentation.
• Proficiency in building content across various formats, including Word and XML.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
