The Role
• Serve as a key support resource for assigned Epic applications and end-users, focusing on operational workflows and integrated systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex issues, leveraging knowledge of existing configurations and performing operational and technical analysis.
• Engage with end-users to understand business needs, clarify request scopes, and contribute to solution design for system enhancements.
• Independently perform Epic configuration tasks, including modifying rules, templates, and applying custom logic in accordance with departmental standards.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions, collaborating with vendors, end-users, and technical teams, while also researching and evaluating Epic and vendor functionality.
• Participate in Epic upgrades, including reviewing release notes, supporting testing activities, and assisting with go-live readiness.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience directly supporting Epic applications, including configuration, builds, or template management.
• Experience in operational analysis, application support, and advising end-users.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex system issues.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.
