Systems Administrator | Hybrid

The Role
• Serve as the primary point of contact for users, responding to technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems by asking clarifying questions, running diagnostics, and applying problem-solving skills.
• Document and log all user interactions and issues accurately within a ticketing system.
• Escalate complex or recurring issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
• Install and configure software, and contribute to the maintenance of system documentation and FAQs.
• Communicate effectively with users, guiding them through system usage and ensuring resolution follow-up.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft software applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive), and troubleshooting Adobe issues.
• Familiarity with EDMS, Active Directory, and SharePoint.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• US Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
