The Role
• Serve as a senior Epic application subject matter expert for Cadence and Referrals modules.
• Lead the design, build, testing, and implementation of Epic applications and related operational processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze workflows, identify issues, and implement system improvements.
• Manage complex troubleshooting efforts for tickets, enhancements, and cross-functional system issues.
• Perform advanced Epic builds, configurations, and customizations, including security and workflow changes.
• Coordinate integrations with third-party vendors and internal applications to ensure interoperability.
What You'll Need
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Epic Cadence and Referral applications, including build and configuration.
• Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree with 2 additional years of related experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 additional years of related experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting operational workflows and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Proficiency in system analysis, integrations, and user support.
• Experience presenting technical information and training end-users.
• Epic Cadence and Epic Referrals certifications are required.
