The Role
- Manage and lead complex technical projects for DoD programs.
- Analyze operational activities to support decision-making for military and government systems.
- Advise government representatives on regulatory guidance and requirements processes.
- Oversee IT networks, infrastructure, and facilities management tasks.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, and Pentagon offices to ensure mission alignment.
- Coach and mentor junior and mid-level professionals.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience supporting DoD programs in requirements analysis or project management.
- Expertise in providing resource and requirements support for DoD organizations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for executive-level audiences.
- Strong familiarity with DoD missions, organizations, and document standards.
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance.
