The Role
• Define and drive the strategic vision for media buying experiences on a leading advertising platform, influencing how sophisticated advertisers execute programmatic campaigns at scale.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across multiple organizations by creating clear product artifacts, facilitating strategic discussions, and making transparent trade-off decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate technology decisions, assess architectural trade-offs, and guide product enhancements that improve workflow efficiency and campaign performance.
• Drive roadmap ownership by identifying high-impact product improvements, prioritizing features that address key advertiser pain points, and defining the strategic direction for the platform.
• Partner with stakeholders including advertisers, agencies, and internal teams to gather insights, validate product direction, and ensure alignment on functionality and user experience.
What You'll Need
• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
