The Role
- Deliver insights by integrating diverse data sources and applying analytics to influence business decisions.
- Evaluate financial results at department, store, and company levels, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Design, build, and maintain complex financial models for scenario analysis, profitability, and ROI.
- Communicate financial results and forecasts clearly, summarising key insights for leadership.
- Serve as a trusted financial business partner, translating strategic objectives into financial plans.
- Support financial planning processes including strategic plans, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis.
- Experience in project management and process improvements.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (or similar data visualization tools).
