The Role
• Forecast and analyze P&Ls for Wholesale and Export businesses, contributing to significant annual revenue.
• Collaborate with FP&A teams to ensure timely completion of forecasts and projects.
• Partner with leadership to gain insights into business conditions, profitability, and customer programs.
• Manage and update forecasting and long-range planning assumptions within financial systems.
• Deliver reporting and forecasting support for manufacturing and distribution operations.
• Provide financial analysis and post-launch performance tracking for new product development initiatives.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-8+ years of progressive financial analysis experience with advanced analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately and efficiently collect, organize, analyze, and summarize large datasets.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation practices, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, effective across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
• Familiarity with financial and accounting systems.
