The Role
• Engage program managers and SMEs to develop new analytic questions and metrics for software procurements.
• Conduct research, develop data acquisition and standardization strategies, and implement metrics and tools for evaluation.
• Prepare decision briefings to shape efficient and effective acquisition strategies.
• Analyze and evaluate software programs using data governance and analytics expertise.
• Contribute to the rapid and effective delivery of software-intensive solutions.
What You'll Need
• 7+ years of experience in data governance and analytics, evaluating software programs and collecting/transforming data for insights.
• Experience engaging with software programs, including the collection and use of modern software metrics.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders to generate analytic questions and develop data strategies.
• Experience executing staff officer roles within defense organizations, developing strategies and decision briefs.
• Ability to engage peer and senior stakeholders to refine metrics for proper governance.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree.
