The Role
- Architect, implement, and test operational technology (OT) cybersecurity solutions for industrial control systems (ICS).
- Lead multimillion-dollar R&D programs for energy businesses and U.S. Government Agencies.
- Shape and foster strategic collaborations with government partners, national laboratories, and universities.
- Drive technology roadmaps and lead development of OT-cybersecurity technologies from lab demonstrations to fieldable prototypes.
- Publish technical papers, file patents, and contribute to open-source communities.
What You'll Need
- Ph.D. with 10+ years, Master's with 13+ years, or Bachelor's with 15+ years of industry experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of experience writing winning proposals with U.S. government agencies (DOE, ARPA-e, CESER, DOD, DARPA, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience in software development for embedded systems (computer architecture, Linux OS, network protocols).
- 5+ years of experience with Linux security and Linux driver development.
- 5+ years of knowledge of cryptographic algorithms, protocols, or standards (e.g., TLS, X.509).
- 5+ years of experience incorporating hardware-based security techniques (e.g., HSM, TPM, ARM TrustZone, Secure Boot).
