We're working with a leading national provider of mission-driven human services on this exciting opportunity. This is a chance to leverage your financial expertise to directly impact the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities by optimizing the business models that support them.
As a Business Finance Analyst, you will dive deep into business process management (BPM) and financial auditing to uncover inefficiencies. We are looking for a data-driven professional who can translate complex financial data into actionable workflow improvements using modern financial software and advanced Excel modeling.
The Role
• Conduct comprehensive audits of finance operations to identify bottlenecks and recommend data-backed business model improvements.
• Design and implement alternative business process workflows, taking ownership of the execution phase and monitoring performance KPIs.
• Analyze the company’s financial situation to provide strategic insights into strengths, weaknesses, and potential ROI on process changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback on financial workflows and iterate on processes to drive organizational efficiency.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing developments in relevant financial analysis software and ERP systems.
What You'll Need
• 2-3 years of professional experience in Financial Analysis, preferably within the Healthcare or Human Services sector.
• Proven expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) and financial auditing methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, modeling) and experience with modern financial reporting software.
• Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is highly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage complex multi-tasking environments with high stakes.
